Shelfglance reads your orders' referral data through the Shopify Admin API to work out which of them came from an AI assistant.
We do not request, receive or store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
We store two things. The first is the access token for your shop, so the app can load without asking you to reauthorise; uninstalling the app deletes it. The second is a daily record, kept from the day you install, holding only a date, a count of orders, their combined total, and how many of them came from each AI assistant. It exists because Shopify grants apps just 60 days of order history, so without it the earlier months could never be shown again. It contains nothing that identifies a customer or an individual order.
The figures you see in the app are calculated from Shopify when you open it and are not retained beyond the daily record described above. We do not sell data or share it with third parties.
Uninstalling deletes your access token. Shopify then sends us a redaction request, at which point the daily record is deleted too. You can ask us to erase it sooner at any time.
